Flow of experience

9:30~: Reception (please let us know what time you plan to rent your kayak/SUP when you make your reservation)
Please read the Rental Terms and Conditions carefully.
Your personal belongings can be kept in the locker room.

Our staff will escort you to your rental items.

~17:30 (or until sunset): Please return by the end of your rental period.
*Rental time is 3 hours. Rental time may be extended for an additional fee.

This tour is targeted towards those who are experienced with kayaking and SUP.

■Our facility includes locker and shower rooms for both men and women.
The women's locker room includes a vanity that guests are free to use after an activity.

Guests may use pool freely before or after your lake activity reservation.

Plan Details

Plan name: Kayak/SUP Rental on Lake Biwa!

Availability: April 27th - November 17th, 2024

Minimum participants: From 1 person

Requirements: Experience level
At least one participant in your party must be experienced with kayaking/SUP. In the case that other participants fall in the water, one person must be able to rescue others and themselves if necessary.
For your own safety, if you are inexperienced with kayaking or SUP, we recommend that you participate in either our Beginner's Kayak or Beginner's SUP course.

Emergency Contact
In case of emergency, we must have a valid means of communication with you while you are on the water, so please bring your phone and a waterproof phone case.

Required Weather Conditions
Wind speed: 5 meters or less
Water temperature: 18 degrees Celsius or higher

Cost: Regular season
￥3,850 / person (tax included)

Pool season
￥4,180 / person (tax included)

*Rental time is 3 hours. Rental time may be extended for an additional fee.

Time: 3 hours between 9:30 and 17:00 (or until sunset)

Time slots: Anytime from 9:30 A.M.

What to expect: Head out whenever you are ready!

What to bring: Towel, sandals, hat, water/tea, change of clothes, bath towel, sun protection.

Clothing: Clothes that can get wet (outer and under), quick-dry clothing is recommended.

Cancellation policy: Day of: 100%
Day prior: 50%

*In the case of cancellations due to severe weather, typhoons, etc., cancellation fees do not apply.
**If a reservation is postponed/date is changed, no cancellation fees apply.
